Return & Refund Policy
All Returns, Refund or Replacement will be as per below terms and conditions. Mode of Refund could be through Credit Note, Cash or Card. Refunds will be processed on a specified date of a month as scheduled by the accounts team. Any unspecified products or services will follow the general terms and conditions of our Return or Refund or Replacement policy

Stationery Products
All stationery products pictures are viewed at the time of ordering online. Although exchanges are not possible, as a part of customer support we may extend a exchange request subject to shipping charges if any. For mechanical products please follow the warranty and guarantee section details on this page.
Toner Cartridges
All toner cartridges whether Original or Compatible are subject to Replacement or Refund as per terms and conditions of the Respective manufacturers. Standard procedures of submitting for technical evaluation, waiting for appraisal of the respective technical team, accepting the appraisal of the technical team in good faith, remains common for all problems if any that arises from the toner cartridges. Physical damages are not covered.
Copies per Toner – Number of copies per toner is as recommended by the respective manufacturer and as mentioned in the user manual of the printer in question. For easy reference, generally the number of copies for all toners are calculated at the rate of 5% print area per sheet as 1 copy. Example if pictures or clustered matter is being printed on a page occupying 60% of the page, is equal to 12 copies and so on. So in this case the number copies per toner will reduce accordingly. For all other manufacturing defects if any, the above procedure follows for replacement or refund and as advised by the respective manufacturer.
Printing & Other Services
Printing services are executed only after obtaining the approval of the proof of the matter to be printed and the relevant design and material to be used. Hence there would be no refund.
Other Services like Web Services or Accounting services do not have a refund as they are executed under the service contract and man hours would be deployed accordingly. If there is any breach as per the service contract, then the remedial measures would be, as mentioned in the service contract.
Pantry, Cleaning & Hygiene Products
Pantry, Cleaning & Hygiene products are primarily related to expiry date. Once, the goods are received, it is an acknowledgement that the products are received with appropriate delivery date and to the satisfaction of the receiver. Hence in this case there would not be any refund or replacement.
Warranty & Guarantee
For all mechanical and non mechanical products , equipment ,warranty and Guarantee shall be executed as per the respective manufacturers guidelines, terms and conditions. Every such products should be submitted for technical evaluation to the manufacturer and results should be awaited as per their time schedule. Based on the recommendations of the manufacturer’s technical team, the action will be followed as advised, regarding the warranty and Guarantee. Physical damages are not covered. All physical and mechanical damages should be checked for during the time of delivery and accepted after checking. Once accepted is an acknowledgement that there was no physical or mechanical damages at the time of delivery.
Office Equipment & Furniture
For all Office Equipments warranty and Guarantee shall be executed as per the respective manufacturers guidelines, terms and conditions. Every such products should be submitted for technical evaluation to the manufacturer and results should be awaited as per their time schedule. Based on the recommendations of the manufacturer’s technical team, the action will be followed as advised, regarding the warranty and Guarantee. Physical damages are not covered. All physical and mechanical damages should be checked for during the time of delivery and accepted after checking. Once accepted is an acknowledgement that there was no physical or mechanical damages at the time of delivery.
Pre Owned Machines
Pre Owned machines are subject to terms and conditions of the warranty as mentioned in the respective invoice only. In some cases there would be no warranty in which case nothing will be mentioned on the invoice. Physical damages are not covered.
Computer Accessories
For all Computer accessories or peripherals or systems warranty and Guarantee shall be executed as per the respective manufacturers guidelines, terms and conditions. Every such products should be submitted for technical evaluation to the manufacturer and results should be awaited as per their time schedule. Based on the recommendations of the manufacturer’s technical team, the action will be followed as advised, regarding the warranty and Guarantee. Physical damages are not covered. All physical and functional damages should be checked for, during the time of delivery and accepted after checking. Once accepted, it is an acknowledgement that there was no physical or mechanical damages at the time of delivery.
